One of the most important steps in achieving successful pest management is a thorough inspection by one of our Certified Technicians.

• He will inspect the outside perimeter of all buildings to determine specific entry points and any problem areas
• He will also survey the interior of all buildings including attic space and decide if there are any additional problem areas.

After this complete inspection, appropriate control measures will be taken utilizing the latest in pest control technology,  including baits, gels, traps, granules, monitors and liquid applications.  

Active pest infestations will be addressed first, then preventative measures will be taken to reduce the possibility of future pest problems.

All of this will be done with the utmost care and responsible use of pesticides to ensure that you, your family and/or employees are protected from unwanted pests.

We offer monthly, every other month, quarterly, and exterior only pest management options for your convenience. 

Our basic service contract provides coverage for roaches, ants, rats, and/or mice (excluding carpenter ants).  We also provide service (at an additional but discounted charge) for carpenter ants, Indian meal moths, fleas, bees, wasps, and carpenter bees).
