A CL-100 report details visible infestation and damage caused by insects such as termites and beetles, and decay in accessible areas of the structure. The inspection for wood decay fungi is limited to the part of the structure below the level of the first main floor.

The CL-100 report informs the buyer and the lender of the results of the inspection by a Pest Control Specialist.

The report is good for 45 days in South Carolina.
