CL-100

The CL-100 Wood Infestation Report is usually required by a mortgage lender during a real estate transaction. This consists of a visual inspection of readily accessible and visible areas of a structure, followed by a written report of visible evidence and damage caused by past or present wood destroying organisms including termites and other wood-infesting insects, as well as wood destroying fungi commonly known as wood rot. Wood moisture content is also recorded within accessible areas of the substructure.
